END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR ALCHEMIST

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and [Your Company Name] ("Company", "we", or "us") governing your use of the Alchemist application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

2. USE OF FFMPEG

The App utilizes the FFmpeg software library for multimedia processing. FFmpeg is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) version 2.1 or later, and/or the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later, depending on the components used. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the terms of the LGPL and GPL licenses as they apply to FFmpeg.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You shall not, and shall not permit others to: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App. Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party. Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of the Company.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or operate without interruption.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

7. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
